Hourly ranges, flight times, route figures and the demand calendar are informational estimates. They are not offers and may be revised whenever we choose.
From quote to booking
No quote is binding until a charter agreement is signed. Before booking, we give you the details of the carrier that will operate your flight, which is an FAA Part 135 direct air carrier, or a foreign equivalent, in operational control of the aircraft. Aircraft and airport availability is always subject to the operator's confirmation, including on event weekends.
Taxes and fees
Quotes include the taxes and fees in force when we quote, such as federal excise tax and segment fees on domestic flights. If the itinerary or a government charge changes after booking, the charter agreement decides what is added.
Cancellations
Your charter agreement sets out how changes and cancellations work, and any fees that apply.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we accept no liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website, and our liability for the site is limited to foreseeable direct loss. The operating carrier is responsible for the operation of your flight. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not permit us to limit.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of the United States and of the State of New York.
