FAQ

Las Vegas charter, answered.

KVGT or KLAS?
KVGT (Henderson Executive) is the private-aviation favorite — fewer slot constraints, faster FBO turns, and a roughly 14-minute run to the south Strip off-peak. KLAS (Harry Reid) is closer to center-Strip and essential when slots for major events release. We advise on both and pick the airport that fits your hotel, timing, and event window.
How early should I book for F1?
For the Las Vegas Grand Prix, lock the aircraft 6–10 weeks out. KLAS slots tighten dramatically in race week and hotel ramp space is limited. Booking early widens aircraft availability and protects your preferred cabin class and FBO.
Best aircraft for an 8–10 person group?
For 8–10 passengers a Super Midsize jet such as the Challenger 350 or Citation X gives the right cabin and range from most U.S. metros to Las Vegas. From the East Coast or for full stand-up comfort, a Heavy jet like the Challenger 605 or Falcon 2000 is the better fit. We’ll send three options sized to your headcount and route.
Same-day LA returns?
Yes. LA to Las Vegas is roughly 55 minutes in a Light or Midsize jet (Citation CJ3, Phenom 300). Same-day returns are routine — we coordinate the FBO, ground, and return timing so the aircraft and crew wait or reposition as you prefer.
Sprinter on the ramp?
Yes. We coordinate ramp-side ground — Mercedes Sprinter, Cadillac Escalade, or equivalent — meeting the aircraft at KVGT or KLAS so your group steps off the jet directly into the vehicle with no terminal exposure.
