What we receive
When you ask for a quote: your name, email and phone number; your trip, meaning airports, dates, passengers and notes; and whether you want offers by email. Along with the request we also receive the page it came from, the referring address, and any campaign tags in your link, such as utm_source.
Why we need it
We use it to work out your price and send you options; to book and run the trip with the operator if you decide to fly; and, only if you agreed, to email you occasional Las Vegas offers. You can stop those at any time.
Who receives it
The carrier that would operate your flight, and the companies that support our quoting and booking, such as email and hosting providers, limited to that work. We do not sell personal information to anyone.
How long we hold it
Quote requests stay with us while they are useful for answering you and keeping normal business records. Booking records are kept for as long as the law requires, and your choice about offers until you change it.
Seeing, fixing or deleting it
Ask us for a copy of what we hold, or for a correction or deletion, by replying to an email from us or by writing to us through the quote form.
Cookies and analytics
We use no cookies beyond those essential to running the site, and no analytics or ad tracking.
Under-16s
The site is for adults planning travel. We do not knowingly gather data from children under 16, and we use a young passenger's details only to arrange the flight an adult has booked.
